Saving money, and more reasons to switch from corrugated to chipboard

For slip sheets and many other applications, chipboard is often a better alternative than corrugated.  Here’s the top 5 reasons why you should switch today:

• Chipboard saves you money.  Chipboard is often 20% cheaper than corrugated because it’s a lot simpler process to make than corrugated and it’s a lot cheaper to transport because you’re not shipping air like you are with corrugated.
• Chipboard saves you space  – Because of the fluting in corrugated, there’s a lot of air in it that takes up space.  C flute corrugated is typically 0.156 caliper – compared to a 20 point chipboard sheet, you would need over 7x more space to store the corrugated.
•  Chipboard often provides better protection. Because chipboard is more dense than corrugated, it’s often stronger and less prone to be punctured.
•  Chipboard often provides better load stabilization.   Chipboard does not have fluting like corrugated that can be crushed under the weight of a heavy load.
•  Chipboard is always Eco-Friendly.  While some corrugated is made from 100% recycled material, our chipboard is always made from 100% recycled material.
